Salon Booking Policies

Booking Our Services

Our prices are displayed as 'from' rates and may vary based on your chosen stylist’s experience, demand, and request level. For details on individual pricing, please refer to our online booking page, which also outlines our booking policies. Please note that our deposit requirements may apply at the time of reserving your salon appointments. Additionally, the final cost of your service can be influenced by your hair’s length and density, as these factors affect the time and products needed to achieve the best results.

Deposits

To secure your salon appointments, a 50% deposit is required as part of our booking policies. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your salon appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit, in accordance with our booking policies and deposit requirements.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your salon appointments within 48 hours of your original time slot. However, please note: The original deposit will become fully non-refundable, even if the new appointment is attended. This is due to our booking policies, as short-notice changes still prevent us from offering your original slot to someone else.

Lateness Policy – 20-Minute Cut-Off

We understand that life happens, but to adhere to our booking policies and stay on schedule for all clients: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your full service. In this case, your appointment will be marked as a late cancellation, and your deposit requirements will not be met, leading to the forfeiture of your deposit. Please aim to arrive on time to ensure you receive the full attention and care your salon appointments deserve.

As a small business, our booking policies regarding late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to reallocate time to other clients, directly affecting our income. By implementing deposit requirements, we ensure our team’s time is respected, allowing us to continue offering high-quality service for salon appointments.
